Universal Orlando’s roadmap between this year and next year have all it all planned out for brand new attractions, expansions, and newly creative theme park environments. With the recently opened brand new water theme park of Volcano Bay and the expansion the Cabana Bay Beach Resort towers to make it easier and enjoyable for the resort’s guests.
Fast & Furious: Supercharged based on the multi-billion dollar franchise of fast exotic cars, explosions, and high intense action will be opening up and be different from the Universal Studios Hollywood tram tour version. The attraction will be opening up Spring 2018 and there was no mention of a opening date. It will also utilize the virtual queue system as it has been implemented in Volcano Bay and Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon for that kind of technology.
“This action-packed ride will take guests on a high-octane journey that fuses an original storyline, incredible ride technology, popular characters, exhilarating environments, nonstop action and, of course, high-speed cars. You’ll feel like part of the Fast & Furious family as they join Dom Toretto, Hobbs, Letty and Roman on a thrilling new Fast & Furious journey.”
The supercharged attraction will be located of the former Disaster Studios attraction in the San Francisco area right before you enter Diagon Alley and outside of King’s Cross Station in London. Now here is some more details about the upcoming the Aventura Hotel opening on August 1st, 2018.
The International Pow-Wow 2017, in which is a trade show for the US Travel Association, that was held today at Washington, DC gave a sneak preview of a VR goggles tour of this brand new hotel resort.
This will be high tech savvy hotel that will provide a in-room tablet and able to control the temperature of your room, television, and more. Also in a addition with a virtual reality game room, food hall, and a dive-in movie experience including a underwater speaker system inside the resort’s pool.

The hotel will also feature a Starbucks cafe, rooftop bar to overlook the beautiful views of Volcano Bay with the 200 ft tall Krakatau volcano in the background and other Universal Orlando theme parks. Reservations are now open for stays beginning August 2018. Rates start at as low as $97 per night for a seven-night stay and $116 per night for a four-night stay.
