The virulent growth has swept across the planet, covering everything and choking out civilization within moments, creating a tableau of what once was. What appears to be a lush and green graveyard hides the most terrifying and hungry meat eaters. Predatory plants of all species use strangling vines, razor-sharp thorns, and poisonous pollens to encroach from all sides as you invade this new world.”

This morning in which NBCUniversal & Comcast held their second-quarter earrings call and just going over the current state for the company and the future plans going forward within the company. One of the biggest relieves during the call was the development for the company in “teasing” the name of the next park for Universal Orlando Resort for Park Four.

During a segment of the call for a Q&A session, and in which an analyst asked about the patent filing that was filed last month for the name “Fantastic Worlds” and the application was being described as “entertainment services in the nature of amusement park and theme park services.” One of the questions asked during the call and a Comcast executive replied towards the question from the analyst at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and addressed by saying-

“We are looking at it, we love the theme park business. It’s one of our best, most consistent businesses. We think we have a lot of very long runway. Another gate in Florida would have the advantage of turning Florida from a two or three-day destination to potentially a weeklong destination. We think that would be attractive”

Comcast just filed the trademark name for “Fantastic Worlds” last month to use the word for their parks and for current and blockbuster properties that Universal owns ranging from the animation studio of DreamWorks, Nintendo, Harry Potter, and much more.

President/CEO of NBCUniversal, Steve Burke did address the matters of the fourth park being in development and replied by saying-

“In terms of as a new gate in Florida, we are looking at it. We filed, basically, a name registration,” Burke said. “We have a lot of great (intellectual property). We love the theme park business, it’s one of our best, most-consistent businesses, and we think we have a very long runway. Another gate in Florida would have the advantage of turning Florida from a two- or three-day destination to potentially a week-long destination. We think that would be attractive.”

As details are unknown of what will go into the fourth park and going based off the name for “Fantastic Worlds” could be the next iteration of the Harry Potter franchise for the “Fantastic Beasts” series of films and with the upcoming release of “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald” set to hit theaters this coming November 16, 2018 and two more films are planned after.

The “Fantastic Beasts” film series are a possible and rumored candidate for Park Four for Universal Orlando’s next addition.

The Harry Potter franchise between the partnership of NBCUniversal & Comcast and Warner Brothers Entertainment is one of Universal’s most dominant franchises and the predecessor for Potter for “Fantastic Beasts” and the Universal concepts in “The Wizarding World” can bring countless options of what Universal Creative can create for the fourth park. This also includes thus the same with DreamWorks, Nintendo, and Illumination Entertainment for the countless options they can bring towards the table for the next park.

The location for the newest park is being told and being located south near I-Drive, south of Kirkman Drive and west of Intentional Drive and Universal has been in the process over the last several months and being reported of them owning “1,000 acres”. That’s also not including the former Wet N’ Wild property development even with the recent announcement of “The Endless Summer Resort” costing guests visiting the resort for under $100 dollars a night.

Also it’s not sure if Universal will include a second or larger addition of a CityWalk for shopping, dining, and more entertainment options for the next park.

As much Comcast and NBCUniversal executives are sharing their enthusiasm for this newest park addition towards the resort and the park is planned to be opening up some point in the 2020s time frame. This is a big goal for Universal and also rival competition for Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary and all the newest additions that are coming towards their resort and their guests.
