Celebrate Mardi Gras 2019 At Universal Orlando With This Year’s Concert Series Line Up And More

If you’re going to be starting 2019 out right, then you need check out this year’s Mardi Gras celebration at Universal Orlando Resort. The event will be kicking off this coming Feb. 9-April. 4 at the park with parades, live concerts on selected nights. Don’t forget the Cajun food and drinks, beads, and well more beads!

Here’s who you can see at Universal Orlando’s Mardi Gras for their concert series line up with returning fan-favorites at the Music Plaza Stage on selected nights.

Universal Orlando will be offering a brand new nighttime parade theme this year- “Party Animals!”. 12 parade floats, beads, colorful dancers, and stilt performers. You’ll able to see the floats and performers dressed as their spirit animals from all over the world from ecosystems like the arctic, jungle, ocean, swamp, and more.

Universal Orlando will be cooking up some tasty food and beverage this year with a new culinary twist. All of the food and beverages will be served in tasting sizes and get a variety of dishes from New Orleans during your visit, that will be located in the French Quarter Courtyard.

The culinary team has come up with new and returning fan-favorite food and drink options. Including these mouth-watering food options such as; beignets, frog legs, crab etouffee, and crawfish! The signature Mardi Gras cocktail, craft beer flights and more with other details to be released.

The beats of the big easy will be jazzing the night away located the French Quarter Courtyard and catch these authentic New Orleans bands performing daily in the French Quarter.

  • February 18 – 27: Naughty Professor Brass Band
  • February 28 – March 18: Free Agents Brass Band featuring Honey Bannister
  • March 19 – April 4: New Breed Brass Band
