The Evolution Plan has been in the works for many months about this multi-year project being invested towards the studios in which coming soon will be the official announced The Secret Life Of Pets: Off The Leash! attraction and the to-be-announced opening date for Super Nintendo World that is being built on the Lower Lot (still yet to be confirmed).

“In addressing our growing business needs, we wanted to look forward and invest in our employees of today and our artists and filmmakers of the future,” said Ed Chuchla, chief real estate officer, NBCUniversal. “We want to make this the most collaborative campus possible.”

The project will include the following:

  • A contemporary Employee Commons building with new dining options, best-in-class theater and screening rooms, and a dedicated event space.
  • A new Creative Office building that focuses on innovative and flexible workspaces designed to maximize collaboration, comfort, and productivity.
  • Thoughtful indoor and outdoor gathering spaces for meetings and dining.
  • Extensive greening and purposed green spaces throughout the project site.

NBCUniversal did also confirm that more details will be shared later on in early 2020 and will provide updates for up-to-date as the project progresses.

Universal committed towards a 5-year plan deal to expand it’s theme park back in 2016 for a new complex of 10 soundstages that were built between 2017 to 2018 as smaller stages on the front and west portion of the lot were removed to make way for new theme park attractions, reported by Variety

Los Angeles will be the destined home for the Summer Games in the year of 2028 and was first intended for 2024 for the Olympic bid. As the years progress and we shall see a different result for what is come towards Universal Studios Hollywood.
