As many fellow cruise fans are enjoying the recent new launch of the Disney Wish, as it was announced by Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Chairman for the next ship name from Disney Cruise Line will be called the “Disney Treasure”. This ship will be similar towards the Disney Wish for it’s size and slated for the open seas in 2024. As this will be the upcoming sixth ship in the entire fleet.
The theme of the Disney Treasure is about “adventure” just as “enchantment” was the theme for the Disney Wish. Meyer Werft as Disney’s go to ship manufacturing company in Germany will be doing the Disney Treasure as well. The inspiration in which the Imagineers have came up a new design concept inspired by the theme of adventure, celebrating Walt Disney’s lifelong love of exploration.
The Grand Hall is inspired by the grandeur and mystery of a gilded palace, drawing on real-world influences from Asia and Africa, and paying homage to the far-off land of Agrabah. At the center, the signature statue will feature Aladdin, Jasmine and their Magic Carpet.
Other fellow Disney and Pixar characters were shown to such as, Coco, Moana, and the Hitchhiking Ghosts that featured in the reveal video along with look at the Grand Hall down below:
