Paddlefish Set To Open Up Next Month At Disney Springs

The former Fulton’s Crab House now re branded and revamped is now called as Paddlefish at Disney Springs at the Walt Disney World Resort has now a official opening date for February 4th, 2017. Many of the restaurants were put on hold and delayed for a year but, it looks like the time was well worth it for the delay.

The Orlando Sentinel reports that “Paddlefish will return with its famous smokestack and paddle wheel from its days as The Empress Lily as well as with popular dishes from Fulton’s such as Florida Stone Crab, Alaska King and Queen crab and lobster corn dogs.

Renovations were geared to making the restaurant have a more “modern yacht” feel with sleek complementing colors.
