“Inside Out” And “Jessie’s Critter Carousel” Attractions For Pixar Pier To Be Opening In 2019

Media previews were being held yesterday for the permanent addition for Disney California Adventure for the replacement of “Paradise Pier” towards “Pixar Pier” as the revamped transformation will be all things Pixar from the highly popular animation studio.

One additional detail that was left out for Pixar Pier’s attractions in which not all of the attractions will be opening up tomorrow and will be opening up some point in 2019. Those attractions will be “Jessie’s Critter Carousel” and a Inside Out themed attraction as well. As pointed out from an official press release towards The Happiest Blog On Earth for the Inside Out attraction and details were stating that:

“Just past Pixar Promenade is Inside Out Headquarters. Inspired by Joy, Sadness and the emotions of Disney•Pixar’s “Inside Out,” this neighborhood will feature another new family-friendly attraction, opening in 2019”

The Pixar Promenade will be a featured neighborhood inside of Pixar Pier that features the “Pixar Pal-Around” which was the former “Mickey’s Fun Wheel” that has been re themed and re painted towards the expansion of the park. As the iconic face of Mickey Mouse himself on the Ferris wheel and will be featuring each of the 24-gondolas from beloved Pixar characters such as; “WALL-E”, Miguel from “Coco,” Lightning McQueen from “Cars” and Joy and Sadness from Inside Out.”

Arcade boardwalk games have now been changed towards Pixar themes, including La Luna Star Catcher as a fish gaming from the Pixar short film, Heimlich’s Candy Corn Toss from “A Bug’s Life,” WALL-E Space Race from “WALL-E” and Bullseye Stallion Stampede, which is a horse racing game from the “Toy Story” franchise.

Food options also include “The Angry Dogs” stand that sell hot dogs and chips that is themed towards the emotion character of Anger from Inside Out.
