Universal Studios Hollywood and Blumhouse Productions are back it again in bringing one of Blumhouse’s most recognizable franchises of the “The Purge” towards this year’s Halloween Horror Nights. This year’s event will the prequel film that recently came out in theaters during the July 4th holiday week, for The First Purge. Unlike the mashup house from last year based off Blumhouse’s film library, and The First Purge will get its standalone treatment for a being a separate house and how the tradition started that was carried on through the film franchise.
Be prepared as this “will place guests at the heart of a controversial sociological experiment empowered by the New Founding Fathers of America’s (NFFA) desire to purge the nation of all hatred and crime by, ironically, permitting crime to take place as a means of ridding society of all ills. Guests will be at the mercy of luck and speed as they attempt to outsmart and outlive the anarchy.”

Universal Studios Hollywood will be at this year’s Midsummer Scream, Halloween/horror con at the Long Beach Convention Center and will be the first time ever in joining, Universal Orlando’s Michael Aiello as both coasts collide for one huge Horror Nights panel.
