The long awaited and momentum of anticipation for one of the biggest attractions Disney has ever built for Rise of the Resistance that is opening up on December 5th, 2019 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World. Visitors towards Black Spire Outpost will have a schedule change as the expansion will be closing early on December 4th, 2019 at 4 p.m. EST due towards a media event happening that evening for the attraction.
For opening day on December 5th, 2019, the park will have normal hours from 8 a.m.-10 p.m. EST (Extra Magic Hours not announced yet). Guests should keep in mind that Rise of the Resistance will have no Fastpass+ till it’s officially confirmed by Disney themselves when they are released.
