If you have been following along this whole entire time as many Disney Parks fans know that Epcot is currently undergoing a massive transformation for the future of the park in bringing new experiences and attractions. One of the biggest changes will be the brand new and upcoming nighttime spectacular for “Harmonious” as one of the largest nighttime shows that Walt Disney Imagineering and Disney Parks Live Entertainment have ever created.
“Harmonious” is going to debut some point later this year (with an exact date to-be-announced) coming towards the World Showcase lagoon at Epcot and bringing an “innovative toolkit” of massive floating set pieces that house a variety of show effects, including custom-built LED panels, choreographed moving fountains, colorful lights, lasers, pyrotechnics and more.
“The show is a beautifully crafted nighttime dreamscape of Disney music and images, reimagined by diverse cultural musicians and artists from around the world. It’s a transformative experience, where we can discover how Disney music has the power to inspire and unite us all.”
You can catch early concepts of “Harmonious” for this upcoming show at the Odyssey Events Pavilion for Walt Disney Imagineering Presents the Epcot Experience. Before “Harmonious” debuts and where guests can catch the interim show for “Epcot Forever” that explores the themes of innovation, exploration, imagination and celebration of Epcot’s past and future. The interim show will be running nighttime and check the show times that will be performing nightly.
