Universal Studios Japan Has Extended It’s Closure Until March 22, 2020 (Update)

Japanese government officials gave an update in regarding Universal Studios Japan. The park will be extending it’s closure until “at least” March 22nd, 2020. Government officials are saying to postpone events at large public gatherings and events till further notice.

The information has been posted on the official Universal Studios Japan site, with the resort will be still considering the targeted opening date and will continue based on the government’s official announcements. (Date could subject to change)

The park was originally temporally closed on February 29th, 2020 and going to reopen up on March 15th, 2020. Super Nintendo World is one of the most highly anticipated projects opening up this summer but, no date has been officially announced yet. With the extended closure announced today and their nothing set in stone if till be postpone for the opening.
