As previously Disney announced the opening date for the highly immersive experience for the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser that will be doing departures starting on March 1st, 2022. However as some selected Disney members who are willing to dish out the payment is now available for the pre-sale window.
If you’re a Golden Oaks or Club 33 member as today (October 5th) till October 6th can secure bookings for the Starcruiser. Next will be Disney Vacation Club members and annual passholders from October 8th till October 9th. Disney Visa cardholders from October 12th till October 16th. General public is October 28th. Prices will range from $4,810 USD for two to $6,000 USD for a group of four, for the public.
According to Scott Gustin on Twitter, as the maiden voyage pricing for March 1st is “currently more than $5,000” for a standard cabin with two adults. You’ll need to make a 20% deposit, which is at least a $1,000 upfront when booking through via phone.
Onboard the Halcyon as the name of the ship as the 100 cabins and suites that will be available are expected to sell out quick. Despite the fact that the sample pricing that Disney shares on their site, starts out at $1,299 per guest per night.
It’s being rumored that Golden Oaks and Club 33 members are being suggested to have exclusive treatment. With Club 33 with an invite up to 500 members and Golden Oaks up to 300 homes total. While it’s not likely that all 800 households will immediately jump on the gun, for the Galactic Starcruiser reservations. So if you’re worried about it, don’t and can save you’re spot for a different time.
Towards the general public, it’s all in or nothing. As the pre-sale is going to be limited for selected window of voyage dates. You want to make sure you’re sign into your Disney accounts or have multiply devices ready when booking goes live on October 28th. Unfortunately booking online is not present and have to call through Disney World’s customer service number
More Starcrusier Extras
Also if you want more bang for you’re buck for the different dining options onboard the Halcyon, if you decide you want to do the Captain’s table. It will be $30.00 as extra add-on plus tax for one night. Here’s how Disney describes it as:
“Arrange to sit at the captain’s table for an especially memorable dinner experience. Enjoy extra courses—the captain’s favorite dishes—while seated in a prime location in the center of the Crown of Corellia Dining Room.”
Other activities will also include your Astromech droid that you build at the Droid Depot on Batuu. Guests can use their fellow companion onboard the Galactic Starcruiser. Fellow travelers can do droid-racing competitions, and can sign up for these activities or schedule a Droid Depot visit during the Batuu day of the voyage. Guests can talk to a Galactic Starcruiser Specialist up to 60 days before their voyage.
