It’s been pretty melancholy for theme park fans over the past two days with the closure of “The Great Movie Ride” at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and now in which today for the Universal Orlando Resort will be showing off one of their long run shows for Halloween Horror Nights of “Bill and Ted’s Excellent Halloween Adventure” for one last time this year. Also, side note in which the mistress of the dark of Elvira who is played by long well known actress of Cassandra Peterson will be her last year too at Knott’s Scary Farm in Buena Park, California for the haunt season.
“Bill and Ted’s Excellent Halloween Adventure” has had a very long and successful 26 years in performing pop culture, erotic, and different genres of music of live entertainment in front of audiences who have attended Halloween Horror Nights through out the years. If it weren’t for a time-traveling phone booth and going off to save the world through Bill and Ted’s adventures and just making it back in time for Halloween in which the show brought current trends in pop culture through the dimensions of time and space.
“Over the years, this show has morphed and shifted to fit with the changing tides of pop-culture. But at its heart, it has remained true to its nature. The Wyld Stallyns, from San Dimas—and their time-travelling phone booth—find themselves in the middle of pop-culture-parody chaos and must somehow save the world yet again.”
“But now the time has come for these most outstanding dudes to find adventure in other places and other times.”
“The “Farewell Tour” gives us the perfect opportunity to give Bill S. Preston, Esquire and Ted “Theodore” Logan a proper sendoff. The show that was formerly at Universal Studios Hollywood in 2012 (even though Bill and Ted’s has been around since the 1990s) and was a totally different kind of show and wasn’t well received and the boys packed up their bags and moved across the other coast towards in Orlando. In which from there till today, it gain more popularity by guests visiting Universal Orlando and for the dudes rocking towards their air guitars and telling silly comic gags and skits. They’re has been long suggestions through the rumor mill and a long time rumor of a next Wizarding World of Harry Potter expansion of the “Ministry of Magic” taking over the Fear Factor show too but, who know when that will be?
No official confirmation or statement by Universal has been said for what is taking over but, for right now fans can “excellent” towards one another and rock out to have a good time with the dudes of fun and awesome entertainment for one last run this year.
