More Details Revealed For Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure Coming To Universal Orlando

Embark on your next “Harry Potter” adventure like nothing before, coming this summer at Universal Orlando Resort for “Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure. Universal has released some more details for this highly immersive themed roller coaster that is center around the grounds keeper of Hogwarts, Hagrid and the magical creatures within the Forbidden Forest.

Some media were selected for a press event yesterday and here’s some of those details for this fast-paced roller coaster through the Forbidden Forest at Universal Orlando.

In the “Harry Potter” films and novels, the Forbidden Forest was an “out-of-bounds” limit for students as Dumbledore said in the first novel of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone as some of the magical and dangerous creatures reside in the forest.

You’re adventure begins and taking part of Hagrid’s class for “Care of Magical Creatures” and fans of the franchise will recognize a LOT of magical creatures. Some of those magical creatures will include; majestic Centaur; a swarm of mischievous Cornish Pixies; Fluffy the three-headed dog; and even one that’s never been seen in the films. With other suprises too that guests will have found out on their own.

Did we also mention Unicorns will be part of it? Based off the concept art down below that Universal Orlando has released.

Last month a piece of concept art for the attraction was leaked and reported by Alicia Stella of OrlandoParkStop and which could have been just a draft version of the concept art before, Universal decided to make some changes towards this one.

For the first time, you will soar through the Forbidden Forest and come face-to-face with some of the wizarding world’s rarest magical creatures… but as often the case with Hagrid, things don’t go as planned.”
  • “This new experience combines a new level of storytelling and innovative coaster technology with rich environments and sets – including an actual forest with 1,200 live trees!”
  • “Experience a freewheeling coaster flight where you’ll twist, turn and rush forward – and backward – at speeds of up to 50 mph into the dark forest.”
  • “Hurl past challenging obstacles, drop into an endless pit of Devil’s Snare and so much more …while encountering a few surprises along the way”

The height requirement will be 48 inches tall to ride of your selection of the motorcycle or the adjacent sidecar with a ride time just over three-minutes long.
