With Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge that has been opened up for a couple months now at Disneyland and next week on August 29th, 2019 opening up for Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World, today TIME Magazine has named the expansion as “World’s Greatest Places 2019”.

The annual list by TIME Magazine recognizes 100 destinations around the world that are breaking new ground, by leading industry trends and offering guests experiences. Galaxy’s Edge has one attraction opened up already for Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run as one of Disneyland Resort’s top-rated attractions (E-Ticket attraction). Later this year will be the opening up of the highly anticipated Rise of the Resistance first at Walt Disney World and second at Disneyland.
Planet Batuu has already become a guest favorite with immersive experiences to shop, dine, and explore this new original creation within the Star Wars universe.
Galaxy’s Edge was measured by the land for quality, originality, innovation, sustainability and influence to give Disney’s guests to explore the area with storytelling for the expansion.
