Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway Gets An Official Opening Date For March 4th, 2020 At Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Chairman Bob Chapek just broke the news at a special presentation at Walt Disney World in which Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway will be officially opening up at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on March 4th, 2020!

As it was announced previously at the D23 Expo 2019 this past summer in which the attraction will be also coming towards the Disneyland Resort that will be opening up some point in 2022. It will be located in a giant show building behind Mickey’s Toontown to be built.

This will be the first ever Mickey & Minnie Mouse attraction and even Disney confirmed will draw guests inside a Mickey cartoon for a fun-filled adventure where “Mouse rules apply” and anything can happen!

A brand new original theme song will be custom made just for the attraction and also the ride will be utilizing a 2 1/2 D ride technology that was announced at the prior D23 Expo back in 2017.
