As Walt Disney World continues to grow and evolve in preparation for the 50th anniversary in 2021, as of today Disney shared a big update for Cinderella’s Castle at Walt Disney World.
In celebration of the classic animated film, “Cinderella” for it’s 70th anniversary and as one of the famous crown jewels through out Disney Parks for her own castle at Disney’s Magic Kingdom will be getting a brand new makeover. The castle will be getting darker blues and covered in gold for the paint schemes as accents on the castle turrets.
Work will be begin on it in the coming weeks and through out the summer of this year but, guests don’t have to worry as work will not affect the two entertainment shows for both “Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire” and “Happily Ever After”.
This is similar much like for Sleeping Beauty’s castle over at Disneyland for the new color makeover and updates that is now open and available towards all guests visiting the park.
