As we continue our small tour for the new details for the Disney Wish, as earlier this year as the AquaMouse will be bigger and better at sea. This water attraction will be first of it’s kind on the ship that will be sending guests on water fun adventure through, 760 feet of tubes. Located on the top deck that is themed based off Disney Animation’s the Mickey Mouse shorts as two storylines have been created just for the Wish.

If you’re familiar with the AquaDuck on the other Disney ships, as the as AquaMouse is a evolution step of making it better and fun. The previous storyline that was announced was called “Scuba Scramble” as guests will dive under the sea with Mickey and Minnie. As they zoom by on their tubes towards a Mermaid Lagoon as the duo have a excrusion company called “Port Misadventures”.
The second storyline is called “Swiss Meltdown” that is inspired from the animated short, “Yodelberg”. Guests will join the duo on a sledding trip and where a turn of events goes downhill when the snow melts. From there, as guests will board the Port Misadventures kisok, as a two-seater vehicles that has with patches and bandages. A 75-second trip up a conveyor belt on a journey past nine porthole screens, that play sections of the shorts.
Emmy-nomimated composer, Christopher Willis who did “The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse” has done original scores for the attraction. 60 different water nozzles and effects that surround the portholes and are synchronized to the animated short. Front and back seats will give different viewpoints and positions on the receiving end and giving it multiply experiences.
Also guests should keep their eyes peeled for nods from park attractions such as the Skyway Rainbow Caverns. The height requirment is 42 inches tall to ride when it sets sail on June 9th, 2022.
